This Privacy Policy describes how Rishta Patra - Marriage Biodata Maker (the “App”) collects, uses, stores, and shares information. The App is developed and maintained by Aman Kumar Singh.

        1. Summary — What we collect

        Rishta Patra does not collect or send your personal biodata, family details, or photos to any remote server. All app data is stored locally on your device.

2. Data the App Stores Locally

The following information is stored locally on your device storage:

Personal Details: Name, Gender, DOB, Time/Place of Birth, Age, Height.
Family Details: Parents' names, occupations, and family background.
Professional Details: Education, Occupation, Annual Income.
Horoscope Info: Gotra, Manglik status, and related details.
App Settings: Selected PDF templates and user preferences.

3. PDF Generation & Sharing

The App generates PDF files locally. You explicitly choose to save or share these files. Rishta Patra does not save, view, or upload your generated PDFs to any external server.

4. Offline-First Design

The App is designed to work fully offline. We do not track, analyze, or see any of your stored biodata. Your privacy is protected by the fact that your data never leaves your device unless you share it.

5. Ads & Third-Party Services

Rishta Patra includes ads provided by Google Mobile Ads (AdMob). These third parties may collect data such as device identifiers and usage information to provide personalized ads. Please refer to Google’s Advertising & Privacy policies for more details.

6. Analytics & Crash Reporting

We may use basic analytics to help improve app stability. This information helps us fix bugs but never includes your personal biodata content.

7. Children's Privacy

Rishta Patra is intended for users aged 18 and over for matrimonial purposes. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Child Safety Standards

Aman Kumar Singh is committed to maintaining a safe environment for all users. In compliance with Google Play’s Child Safety Standards policy, Rishta Patra maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).

Prohibition of CSAE: We explicitly prohibit the creation, sharing, or promotion of any content that depicts or encourages CSAE or CSAM.
Reporting Mechanism: While the app is offline-first, if you encounter any misuse of our templates or generated content that involves child safety concerns, please report it immediately to our dedicated safety contact below.
Content Moderation: We regularly review our PDF templates and app features to ensure they cannot be used to facilitate child exploitation.
Compliance: We comply with all applicable child safety laws and regulations, including reporting discovered CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) where applicable.
